Danielle believes that everyone can reach their potential through intuition, reflection, and focused effort, and that they can become leaders in their own lives and society as a whole. She feels challenges are opportunities and that our outlook or attitude plays a role in our life experiences. She's worked in education since 1992; 18 of those years were spent in campus administration where she developed a knack for helping her staff grow and develop. Realizing she enjoys assisting individuals in this type of self-discovery, Danielle recently completed Rice University's leadership coaching program. On the personal level, Danielle has three amazing adult children, two precious granddaughters, and a sweet dog named Belle. She enjoys pursuing passions that challenge her to continue her own personal growth: hiking (she made the 177-mile trek on the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage from Portugal to Spain), kayaking, paddle boarding, and reading. She practices Vipassana meditation, completed the self-study book The Course in Miracles, and is dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle that includes diet and exercise.
